The hotel was fairly clean and staff were extremely friendly and decent, everything was superb. Pet-friendly room, central heating, multi-channel television, and an iron were a nice surprise. Its location was magnificent, on the beach, and in a historic area. I loved the food, it was outstanding and great. This was my second really good stay here and I would come here again.

This hotel is conveniently located on the way to Logan airport from Maine, making it a great stopover option. The room service was excellent, offering a tasty breakfast that was delivered promptly. The view from the hotel was stunning, with breathtaking sights from the windows. The hotel had a variety of leisure facilities, which made it perfect for larger groups of friends. We especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the lounge area, which was a great place to hang out.
In the negative aspect, the parking lot was a little cramped, making it a challenge to park larger vehicles.

The location in a shopping area was good and stunning and there were a bakery and stores nearby. Also, Kennebunk Free Library was within walking distance. The restaurant here was nice for dinner, we both ordered delicious dishes.

We thoroughly enjoyed rooms with a non-working fireplace. The location was comfortable in restaurant or available nearby and the staff here was very friendly and decent. Again, it was 1 mile from Kennebunk Dog Park.
